Return Policy

Information regarding returns, refunds, damaged items, and order cancellations.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging
  • Free from customer-caused damage

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Collectible Condition

Many products we sell are collectibles. Minor manufacturer or distributor packaging imperfections may occur and are generally not considered defects.

We strive to accurately represent product condition and package orders with collectors in mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the shipping label

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from a fulfillment error or approved shipping damage claim.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be eligible for cancellation before shipment. Once processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Items specifically marked as non-returnable
