RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At INDIGO CAPRI, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that it was received.
  • The item must be unused and include all original packaging, inserts, accessories, and protective materials.
  • Items must be returned in a resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items returned with missing parts, excessive wear, damage caused after delivery, or signs of misuse may not qualify for a refund.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for a flat-rate return shipping fee of $8.50 for eligible returns.

No restocking fees are charged.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
  • A description of the issue

If the claim is approved, INDIGO CAPRI will provide return instructions and cover return shipping costs when appropriate.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for return processing
  • Additional time for your financial institution to post the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a verified damaged/defective item.


Collectible Item Condition

Many of the products sold by INDIGO CAPRI are collectibles and collector-focused items.

Minor manufacturing imperfections, packaging variations, or slight cosmetic differences that originate from the manufacturer may not be considered defects.

Product listings and photographs should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

For listings marked:

  • Minor Box Defect
  • Moderate Box Defect
  • Heavy Box Defect

the condition is disclosed before purchase and does not qualify as a damage claim based solely on the disclosed condition.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window
  • Items not in their original condition
