How Pre-Orders Work

Indigo Capri may offer select collectible products for pre-order before they are physically available to ship. Pre-order items allow customers to reserve upcoming releases, limited drops, or future inventory expected from manufacturers, distributors, or approved supply partners.

Estimated Release Dates

Release dates shown on product pages are estimates provided by manufacturers, distributors, or supply partners. These dates are subject to change and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to manufacturer schedule changes, distribution delays, production issues, allocation changes, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment for Pre-Orders

Payment for pre-order items may be collected at checkout when the order is placed. This helps reserve your item and secure your place in the fulfillment queue.

Pre-Order Fulfillment

Pre-order items ship after inventory has been received, processed, and prepared for fulfillment. Orders are shipped in the order they are received whenever possible.

If a pre-order includes multiple items with different release dates, the order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise arranged.

Allocation & Availability

In some cases, manufacturers, distributors, or supply partners may reduce, delay, or cancel expected inventory allocations.

If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order due to an allocation reduction or supplier cancellation, Indigo Capri will notify the customer and issue an appropriate refund for the affected item.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-order cancellation requests may be reviewed before the item has entered fulfillment or shipment preparation. Once a pre-order has shipped, it will follow our Return & Refund Policy.

To request cancellation of a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

We do our best to update customers when meaningful release date changes, delays, or fulfillment changes occur. Customers may also contact Indigo Capri Customer Support for available order status updates.
