Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Requests

Indigo Capri understands that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

Because orders may move quickly into processing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation, submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled.

Before an Order Ships

If your order has not yet been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, your card issuer, or the payment provider used at checkout.

After an Order Has Been Processed

Once an order has entered fulfillment, has been packed, has a shipping label created, or has been handed to a carrier, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

If the order has already shipped, the order will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy once delivered.

Shipping Labels & Tracking

In some cases, a shipping label may be created before tracking updates appear online. If a tracking number has been assigned or the order is in shipment preparation, cancellation may not be possible.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for carrier tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-order cancellation requests may be reviewed before the item enters fulfillment or shipment preparation.

Pre-order items are also subject to our Pre-Order Policy, including manufacturer delays, allocation changes, and release date changes.

Items We Cannot Cancel

An order may not be eligible for cancellation if:

  • The order has already shipped.
  • The order has entered fulfillment or packing.
  • A shipping label has already been created.
  • The item is already in carrier possession.
  • The order was a special release, limited drop, or time-sensitive collectible release already prepared for fulfillment.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact Indigo Capri Customer Support as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Full name used on the order
  • Email address used at checkout
  • A brief reason for the cancellation request

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution. After a refund is issued, it may take additional time for the funds to appear on the customer’s account.
