Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or special releases.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Packaging & Protection

At Indigo Capri, we understand the importance of presentation and collector condition.

Orders are carefully packaged using appropriate protective materials to help ensure safe delivery. Products that include protectors will be clearly identified within the product listing.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on destination, shipping method selected, carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery operations are under the carrier's control.

If a shipment experiences unusual delays, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating the package and coordinating with the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include:
