Shipping, tracking, packaging, and delivery information for Indigo Capri orders.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or special releases.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Packaging & Protection

At Indigo Capri, we understand the importance of presentation and collector condition.

Orders are carefully packaged using appropriate protective materials to help ensure safe delivery. Products that include protectors will be clearly identified within the product listing.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, shipping method selected, carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
